As you walk in through the side-door of The Knightsbridge you are greeted with a modern, segregated, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Complete with gas hob, oven and hood, built-in microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine alongside the usual modern conveniences such as a kettle, toaster and large sink area.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a good sized, 6 seater dining table with views out of the large and bright, full height side window. Moving through to the lounge area, we have a large leather sofa and matching armchair basking in the glow of the natural light flowing through the double patio doors and near full length, double side windows. The lounge is completed with a modern electric fire, freestanding furniture and HD television.

Moving through to the back of the accommodation we have a beautiful master double bedroom and two additional twin rooms. The master bedroom comes complete with an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe and dressing table, fitted side units and drawers.

The final string in the Knightsbridge bow is the main bathroom that contains a full sized bath as well as an overhead shower!

The Park Lane – enormously spacious, flooded with light, plenty of storage and all of the modern conveniences, including full central heating and double glazing.

The lounge area to the front of the accommodation has a comfortable three piece suite and benefits from ample storage and a traditional look electric fire set into an attractive hearth and mantle. The wide double patio door has gorgeous views over Northumberlands majestic rolling hills and lets in lots of natural light.

Looking out through the full height side window we have a spacious dining table that will comfortably fit six people at breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the back of the accommodation there is a fully separated and equipped kitchen, complete with car hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster with excellent space for storage.

The Park Lane boasts three large bedrooms. In the master bedroom we have a double bed, huge wardrobe, over-bed storage and side tables as well as an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin. Both additional bedrooms contain twin single beds and ample storage and in the communal bathroom we have a full size bath, toilet and wash basin.

As you enter the Salisbury Select you are immediately presented with the sleek, modern and fully equipped kitchen area that divides the lounge from the sleeping quarters. The kitchen is light and airy thanks to the over sink window and has plenty of space, both in terms of the workspace and the storage areas. Complete with gas hob, oven, hood, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster – everything you’ll need to prepare a tasty meal!

The living area has two lots of two seater sofas – one of which can conveniently become a sofa bed at night. The contemporary, oak effect side unit and window seat runs the full width of the accommodation and is perfect for additional storage and to sit and watch the world go by.

As well as being centrally heated there is also a modern gas fire for a little extra heat on those cold nights, relaxing and watching the high-definition TV. Just before the lounge area we have a dining table that seats six people.

The back of the accommodation is divided with a door and holds the three bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom has a lovely king-size bed with lift-up storage with additional storage both overhead and in the side tables. Although not an en-suite, the master bedroom does have a door leading onto the main bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The 2nd twin bedroom has ample space and storage in the form of a slim wardrobe and overhead units.

The spacious 38’ by 12’ holiday home is warm and cosy with central heating and double glazed windows throughout. The lounge boast a lovely focal point in an authentic looking electric fire, tiled surround, hearth and mantle. Walking through the archway from the lounge you’ll find the well equipped kitchen, divided from the lounge and dining area. The kitchen boasts a sizeable range cooker, kettle, toaster and ample storage.

Leading from the kitchen and dining area you will find the master bedroom complete with dressing table, double wardrobe, drawers and an en-suite. The 2nd bedroom is a twin, again with ample overhead storage and a window with a view. As well as the bedrooms there is also the main bathroom with walk-in shower.

At a sizeable 38’ x 12’, The Winchester, with it’s open plan layout and beach wood effect finish is a spacious two bedroom holiday home, perfect for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

The lounge area is fitted with a modern, brushed aluminium electric fire surrounded by a comfortable three piece suite – perfect for unwinding at the end of a busy day. The double patio doors and adjacent tall windows provide the lounge with abundant natural light through the day.

The cleverly designed corner kitchen is fully equipped and includes; kettle, toaster, modern cooker and microwave – with a great amount of storage. The dining area and table can happily sit up to six guests for entertaining!

The master bedroom is spacious with it’s walk in wardrobe, en-suite toilet and double bed with back-lit surround and storage. The accommodation is completed with an additional twin bedroom and a main bathroom with walk-in shower.
